Built by an aerialist with a deep understanding of the way aerialists actually train, create, and teach.
Whether you’re just beginning, training independently, creating choreography, or teaching classes, Training HQ is designed to support your individual practice.
✧
Skill Tracker
Track all the skills you know, are working on, and want to learn, using your own videos, external links, or the optional Embodied Aerial Online tutorial library. Organize movements by apparatus and level, keep notes, add your own skills, and follow what you’re working on.
▤
Training Plans
Easily add your skills into customized training sessions using tutorials, drills, and your own exercises. The platform gives you feedback on how the training session might feel, and you can include your own notes as well.
▷
Your Own Library
Build a personal library by uploading your own videos or saving external video links. Organize your resources and use them in your training and teaching. The Embodied Aerial Online tutorial library is an optional addition, not a requirement.
▦
Training Calendar
Schedule your training sessions and see your practice laid out across the weeks and months ahead.
◎
Goals & Progress
Set meaningful goals, revisit them as your practice evolves, and recognize progress in more ways than skill acquisition alone.
✎
Choreography Builder
Bring your movements, music, and lyrics together in one place. Arrange sequences on a timeline, keep creative notes, and return to your choreography as it develops.
▤
Instructor Classroom
Build a teaching home for your classes, students, and resources. Keep your lessons, sequences, and supporting materials together in your instructor classroom.
▦
Curriculum Builder
Organize skills and learning resources into levels and build a curriculum around the progression you want to teach.
◇
Research Lab
A place to track what you’re creating or exploring. Collect videos, notes, and ideas for movement experiments, creative projects, and questions you want to investigate.
These features are currently functional, partially developed, or being expanded within the prototype.
We’re also considering making any part of your platform optionally shareable so you can show your friends, teacher, or students what you’re working on.
